On June 23, 2005, members of the Joint Dialogue Commissions of The Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America and The Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese in America & Canada met at Saint George Cathedral in Southfield/Detroit, Michigan.

The hierarchs of the two dioceses (His Eminence Archbishop NICOLAE, His Eminence Archbishop NATHANIEL, & His Grace Bishop IRINEU) were present and participating in the sessions.
