New Liturgy Book to be Released in Fall 2005

Grass Lake MI [ROEA Chancery]  –  The Department of Publications of The Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America has announced that the newest edition of The Divine & Holy Liturgy for Orthodox Christians is nearing completion and distribution of the book will begin this coming Fall.  Supplies of the previous edition of the book were depleted a few years ago, adding to the anticipation of the completion of this new, revised edition.

Similar to previous editions, the hardcover book is parallel text (English & Romanian) but has several new sections added to it, including prayers for before and after Communion, special hymns, and a Synaxarion.

"In an effort to assist parishes and missions who typically order larger quantities, we are offering free shipping on all pre-paid orders placed before October 1" said Rev Archdeacon David Oancea, Secretary of the Department of Publications.  "We have had numerous inquiries about the progress of the book over the past few years and hope that this special offer will not only provide an incentive for purchases, but also assist us in being able to meet demand for the book in the most efficient way possible."
